Problem: Spillage of food, 30 min with support.

Swiggys Wand: Swiggy tape is also the #Product(brillianto),<30 seconds, I can select an item and get a refund for it.

Delta is high, with great experience it's always a pass when it is rare.

Origins: Placing an order for lunch at home instead of the workplace.

Problem: GPS sucks, the guilt of wasting 30 min for the delivery partner & support.
